I hate camping in the freakin' rain. It makes me really, really crabby.

If you do have a rainy afternoon spend it at the museum or whatever it is called. It will keep you enthralled for hours. It did for us and Kristen, who was only about 10-11 at the time. And we didn't even go into the amphitheatre for presentations.

We mostly stayed in our car for the battlefield tour too. The tape we rented really took us step by step. Or, you can "rent" a human guide to ride with you. I think we basically only got out at Little Round Top and the site of Pickett's Charge (where we felt the ghostly riders).

Have a wonderful time, rain or shine, Patty!Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17693598787241469220noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22359497.post-38890387887203613372008-09-11T11:47:00.000-04:002008-09-11T11:47:00.000-04:00Oh man... Bummer about the rain but that is good news when it comes to ghost hunting, the ions in the air will be fully charged, especially if there's lightning. How spooky would that be?Suzie Ridlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08603343663483772145noreply@blogger.com
