My day off
I was off today because I had a DR appointment.. Don't worry, it was just a routine checkup. Other than my clorestrial being high, I'm doing great The clinic is ordering me some medicine for that, and hopefully I can get it down. On the way home I stopped at the Newport News Park. It is one of my favorite places to go. It is peacefull there no matter what time of year I visit. Today bought special beauty, since the leaves have finally started to turn. I thought I would share a bit of what I found with you..

it is my day off also and I should be cleaning my home and right now I just finish typing my thirteen thursday and will get it up on my blogg later.
