ABC Wednesday-Letter E
It is time to post my photos for ABC Wednesday and the letter for this week is E.
This was taken last EASTER and shows my grandson dying EGGS
E is also for ELEPHANTS foot, and this planter is made from a real one. My daughter found it at a thrift store last summer.
E is also for EAGLE and these beautiful ones can be found at the Virginia Living Museum In Newport News VA
Did you know:
The Eagle is considered to be a messenger to God. It was given the honor of carrying the prayers of man between the World of Earth and the World of Spirit, where the Creator and grandfathers reside. To wear or hold an Eagle feather causes the Creator to take immediate notice. With the Eagle feather, the Creator is honored in the highest way.The wings of an Eagle represent the balance needed between male and female, each one dependent upon the strengths and abilities of the other.
Well that is all I have this week.

Great "E" photos. But how sad that such a majestic creature's foot ends up as a planter!
Great E post. I like the eaglea best! Wonderful!
I had an eagle in my Photo Hunt post the other day, but only E flowers and a glacier in my ABC today. That is beautiful information on the eagle.
Yet another post on eggs but completely different! The elephant plant container is unique -- I thought lots of people would use elephants in their theme! It was very EDUCATIONAL to read about the eagle. Great post!

How long did it take to get the dye off your grandson's hands? lol He looks adorable and really "into" his project! :D
I was going to ask about his hands, too! Love what you wrote about the eagles.
What lovely bright eggs he dyed.
I wonder what the eagle on the left said to make the one on the right look so uppity!!
