Clutter

Remember a few post back when I mentioned that we are getting new cabinets and counter-tops in our apartment? Well, tomorrow is the big day. I can't believe the mess my apartment is in. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING is turned upside down. It looks like I'm moving out. Boxes and junk is scattered from one end of the place to the other. Along with the kitchen we had to clear the bathroom and the main coat closet which is also the stroage closet. The bathroom is getting a new cabinet too. Once they finish them, with in a day or so (I hope) they will come put in new floors. (Too bad they aren't doing the carpet. It really needs it)
I hope my life can get back to normal soon. In the mean time at lest I have a clean kitchen (ha ha)
Here are some before pictures of how the kitchen looks now. Once all the new stuff is in place I will take some after photos
(That is my cat Molly enjoying the empty counter space)

The only thing I admire on your pictures is the cat, lol ! Household stuff is the past for me ! Have done enough, now I am retired in everything !
BTW do you know "CATS ON TUESDAY" ? It is a group of cat lovers who write about their cats once a week on tuesdays. I founded this group about two months ago, and now we are a bunch of funny people who writes about their cats on tuesdays. There are also people with cat blogs or even blogging cats. You should read the stories ! So funny ! If you want to join the group just let me know !

The cat is too cute! Just sitten there like he owns the counter...lol. Im anxious to see your after pictures! I bet you are excited....but a lot of work goes with getting all the stuff out of the cupboards! But it will be so worth it when the cupboards are in.

My mom always said "you gotta suffer to be beautiful" so I guess that can also be said for renovations! lol It's such a pain having to pack everything away and have it all over the place but so worth it once everything has been done! What I love doing the most is when it's time to put everything back, I go through everything and see what I want to keep and what I want to get rid of. Your kitty is sooo sweet!! xox
