Indecent Proposal

After the long weekend I needed a laugh and it arrived yesterday at work. I was taking some clothing back to the area where it belonged when I stopped to talk with a fellow co-worker. She was finishing up an elderly black man (he was probably about eighty)so I hung around a minute for her to finish his sale. He paid with a gift card and as she handed it back to him she told him the balance was ninety six dollars and some change. Your rich she said with a smile. Yep I am he said patting his pocket as if to say he had lots of money. He then looked over at me and then at her and said to us.
"I don't care which one of you it is, so you can talk it over and decide which one of you thinks you are the most valuble, then let me know and who ever it is can have an affair with this old man"

Well let me tell you I just about fell over. I just looked at him and laughed.
Oh so you think your Robert Redford in that movie (indecent proposal) where he asked the girl to spend the night with him for a million dollars huh..

"yea he says" I'm rich.
Well I said..I'll tell you what..You come back with that million dollars then we will talk about it some more.

"ok, he says..I will come back about 4:30


I'm still waiting
Damn shame...I could have used that money LOL
