strange happenings

OK I know I don't live in the best of neighborhood but this is ridiculous. Someone stole TWO of the air conditioner units from the building my ex husband lives in. Yep you read it right. They stole them Someone drove out back, unhooked TWO units, loaded them up and drove away while everyone was sleeping. Who steals air conditioners in the winter? Weird!

Even though I get hot flashes in the middle of winter, it wasn't me who stole them! lol Geez, it truly amazes me what people will do!! I'm finally spending the day catching up with everybody's news...I'm ready to sit here for the next 10 hours if need be! lol Good gosh, I can't believe that people would actually camp out overnight at the stores on Black Friday...that's not something I've ever seen done around here, right now they would freeze anyway!! Take good care! xox

What a bummer! People can be so awful sometimes, I will never understand thieves. I've been robbed a couple of times and it makes my blood boil!

That is just... unreal! I can't believe someone did that. I guess people really will, as they say, "steal anything that isn't red hot and nailed down."

They are after the copper. They will tear do thousands of $$ worth of damage for a few dozen $$ worth of copper. It is mostly drug addicts -- meth addicts specifically, in our area at least. It's pretty much a common occurance here in Alabama!

I bet they are after any metal, like copper, in them. Meth addicts here will even steal copper plaques of gravestones to pawn them for drug money.
