you will see that I now have started posting slide shows of my trip to Gettysburg. That will be the permanent link for the trip with the exception of the paranormal side of the trip. That you will find Here I do have the first post ready on that blog so if you are the lest bit interested in "ghost" stop in. Stop in even if your not a believer..I will be posting photos on this blog that will only be found on that blog and some will include history

Ok I'm back and oh wow, it's no wonder you enjoyed this trip so much! I loved looking at all the slideshows and pictures. I would have enjoyed seeing the Jennie Wade house...how sad that she was killed by a bullet going through two doors while she was baking!! Talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time. It must have been awesome to see her tombstone as well!
The Robert E. Lee museum is another place I'd enjoy...the surgical kit made me cringe though! lol Imagine all the amputations that were done with that saw! Ugh!
I love covered bridges and the Sachs one is beautiful!!
I can see why you would become emotional when seeing that man re-enacting the walk of a Confederate soldier!
