Watery Wednesday #19
I have tried on an off to follow some of the photo theme related blogs, but have quickly run out of photos to use on them. Today I ran across Watery Wednesday and knew this could be something of interest. Since I live near the water I do tend to photograph it a lot, so I will try this meme for awhile and see how it goes.
To start off the water theme I want to show the fishing pier in Virginia Beach VA.

I like this. I love walking the fishing pier and watching people catch fish. I have seen them catch some strange looking fish.

Beautiful Patty. It looks just like the fishing pier at Ocean Isle, NC where we vacation each May. Makes me wanna go right now!!!!!

I'm sure glad this meme caught your eye and that you dove in. Great shot. I love the beach though I don't get to it as much as I used to.

Piers like this one are all over the place down here along the NC coast. Emerald Isle has them end-to-end (the actual island I mean, although the town has one of its own). And besides the fishing they offer a unique perspective for photography as well. I've taken a number of shots from (and under) the pier at the Sheraton Atlantic Beach.

I don't live far from the beach either but it's much too cold and windy to brave it right now! Maybe when the weather picks up a little? Until then i'm staying home with my fire and ketle! Lol xXx
