The Full Moon Brings Out All The Freaks

A young girl moved in next door a few days ago. Already I can tell she is going to be a trouble maker. In the three or four days she has been here people have been going in and out. They aren't really noisy, but tonight one of them did this...

Dean had just ran to the 7-11 for milk, and was getting out of his car. I was in the apartment, and heard some footsteps running down the steps and into the apartment next door. (or either they were running out of the apartment..I just know I heard the door and running..It sounded like a girls giggle also.
I didn't pay much attention, but less than a minute later Dean came in our door demanding I call the police..Why I asked that is when he showed me what happened.
He also said the young man who did it was out front..He had seen him in the open doorway of the apartment next door. Dean smelled the paint, and approached the young man. I went out after Dean (carrying my dog). I feared for his safety..I didn't know if this kid had a gun. Dean was pissed, and accused the kid of spraying the wall..He denied it of course and pulled out a bottle of booze from his pants. Dean said he saw a spray can..I finally got Dean in our door and I called 911. With in 2 minutes Three officers were standing in my house. They took a report, questioned us, question the people next door. Who denied everything of course, and left..They told me to call maintenance, and I did..They were suppose to notify our apt. security office. I guess someone from the office will be out in the morning..
Damn, just when I think life is about to become dull, something always interferes!
I am blaming this one on the moon. Every time it is full the weirdo's come out!

I hate it when people don't respect the property of others. You're right though, it's dangerous to approach the nasty little culprit, but that's a man thing. isn't it? Maybe it was the full moon. I have a friend that has worked both in the prison system and in school administration. She tells me that there were always more problems with prisoners and larger numbers of students sent to the office for discipline during a full moon. Crazy, isn't it? Thanks for stopping by Jacob's Scrapbook.

You're right. The tides and full moon are powerful medicine either way. We always see more action on my unit when there is a full moon.

I hope this goes away quietly for you. :)

Yuck. There does seem to be something about the full moon and often much worse than graffiti (although that's bad enough).

I believe that full Moon and hormones can change a person attitude. But does it make it ok to act un civilized?
My client Callie lives in HUD Apartment and the rules there is pretty black and white. I know if someone did that I would guess they would be packed up and needed to move on.
As I understand if one inhabitant does something to endanger someone they have 72 hours to be off the property and everything else is 30 days.
Let us know what happens
