Thought of the day

What if, happiness didn't have anything to do with what you had, where you've been, or who you were, and arose entirely from what you chose to think about, yet nobody knew this?

And that changing your thoughts, so that you could feel happier more often, would entirely change what you had, who you were, and where you're headed, yet nobody knew this either?

Do you think if we told them they'd choose to think differently?

I believe our happiness is related to what we think...and yet, so many times we spend our moments wallowing in negative thoughts or being surrounded by people who complain and moan all the time. Not a wise choice.

I think everyone has the capacity to be happy, but not everyone has realized how simple achieving happiness really is.

Is that a trick question???? lol It certainly does give food for thought and I'd like to think that material things are not what makes us happy...just to be alive and healthy, to be with the ones we love...now that to me is pure happiness:-) xox
