ABC Wednesday Letter O

O is for Ostrich and these guys can be found at the Virginia Safari Park In Natural Bridge Virginia. We visited last summer and I highly recommend it if you get a chance to go to that area.

Great shots. They look similar to our emus; and my research told me they are from the same family, but larger.

Only ostriches I've seen for the O day! I can't believe you got that close to them, but I guess they're used to people now. :D

I am amazed at how big these birds are.. we have similar birds here called Emus!
have a blessed Beltane - Samhain here this year is May 5, i tend to follow the true moment to make it easier for me :)
