update on the hubby
My poor husband is not a happy camper. He has a kidney stone almost 5 cm (or maybe it is mm...anyway it is a large one) and right now it is lodged in the tube. I have had him in ER twice and the DR office once, and the DR gave him some medicine today to help open the tube and hopefully it will pass. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers. If it doesn't pass he may have to have either sound waves to break it up or laser surgery. Both at the cost of somewhere around 4- 8 THOUSAND dollars. We have no insurance so this is frightening.

I'm so sorry to hear that he is still suffering so much and I hope that the stone is passed quickly and easily. I'm praying.
All I can do is cross my legs and wince for your hubby!

Oh Patty, your poor husband! That is so awful. This must be the week people end up in the hospital, we had a family health crisis too. Lets all heal soon!
Ooooh, I'm sorry to hear that your hubby is in such pain right now. I hope the stone breaks up soon, and passes so he can go on about his business without the pain, and so y'all don't wind up stuck with a multi-thousand-dollar hospital bill. That's a terribly sucky thought, these days.
