Here is the Hampton Roads outlook from the Weather Service:


Today: Partly sunny with record highs in the lower 80s and a slight chance of showers this morning. Mostly cloudy and windy with a 50 percent chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms this afternoon with south winds at 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.


Tonight: Mostly cloudy with a 50 percent chance of showers in the evening, then mostly clear after midnight. It will be much cooler with lows in the mid-40s and southwest winds at 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph, becoming west at 10 to 15 mph after midnight.


Saturday: Sunny and much cooler with a high in the mid-50s and northwest winds at 10 to 15 mph. The overnight low should be in the mid-40s.


Sunday: Partly sunny with a high in the lower 50s and an overnight low in the upper 40s with a chance of showers developing.


Monday: Partly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of showers and a high in the mid-40s and an overnight low in the lower 30s.


Tuesday: Mostly clear with a high in the upper 40s.
