Job hunting
Well I did it. I called the store and quit. The more I thought about them cutting my hours down to two days a week the more upset it made me. I tossed and turned last night and couldn't get it off my mind today trying to decide if I should stay while I looked or just tell them to go suck a lemon. (Polite way of putting it) Just as the store was closing I called and talked with the manager. I told her I'm done..
Can you believe she was mad at me because I was suppose to work tomorrow and here I was tonight telling her I wasn't coming. Well gee, maybe she knows how it feels to be caught off guard and not know something was about to happen. Sorry if that seems mean but I felt mean.
Anyway I am going to start job hunting on Monday. Wish me luck.
My real life friend M sent me this in my email with the following words.
Ok you know how I feel about spells, they are just prayers with props. But here are a few that I have in my bos. If they help you then that's always kick ass in my book! I have only tried one of them and that's the next to the last one about 14yrs ago and I am still with the same employer today. HUGS ... M
There were three spells, but she said this is the one that worked for her..so here goes...
Employment Spell
Supplies:
Large Gold or Yellow Candle
Time: Start on a Sunday.
Procedure:
Light the gold or yellow colored candle and chant the following three times:
A Good Job Awaits me I Know
For Thine Brilliant Light Scans
And searches A Place for Me
A Good Job Awaits Me
For Thine Goodness is Great
My Faith in Thee is Complete
A Good Job waits for Me.
Allow the candle to burn for 9 minutes. Perform this ritual every day until employment is found.

Good luck. Sometimes we have to go with the principle of the thing don't we.
I hope you find just the "right" job for you!!
:-D
Good for you for standing up for yourself! You put them in their place.
This is the perfect time to think about doing a job/prosperity spell, starting after the new moon tonight at 10:42 pm EDT. Between now and the full moon is the perfect time for this kind of prayer with props, I love that!
Oh hun - best of luck to you in your job search.
Hugs
Blessings

1. HooRah! Glad you decided you were mad and not going to take it anymore.
2. Serves your manager right. She had no right to be mad at you.
3. Try America's Job Bank when looking for work.
4. I will have to start that spell myself next Sunday ;)
5. Many good wishes on your hunt.
I've never thought it was fair in work world.
That when you leave or want some type of change they expect a two week notice.
But if they are laying you off or cutting back your lucky if you get a 10 minute notice.
I wish you the very best in your job hunting.
Good luck. I've been in that boat relatively recently and I can relate to your situation. It's not any fun. But you'll get something better in no time!
Hope all goes well in the job hunting ... not a fun task at any time. Hopefully the "right" job will fall in your lap.
Good luck.
Take care, Meow
