Seashore Bath

With all the cold and rain that we are still having in most parts of the country I thought this might be a welcome indulgence

Seashore Bath

1 cup sea salt
3/4 cup Epsom salts
1/2 cup bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
2 drops essential oil of cedar
3 drops essential oil of clary sage
6 drops essential oil of orange
1 drop essential oil of neroli (orange flowers)
5 drops essential oil of bergamot (bee balm)

Mix all ingredients and add to the bath just before stepping into the tub.
This amount will infuse 1 to 2 baths.
The healing salt minerals (iodine, magnesium, potassium) revive circulation;
baking soda conditions parched skin; cedar and sage notes invoke the
invigorating salt air of a seaside spa

I love healing bath mixtures - thanks for this one! turn the lights off, run the bath, light candles - what more could a goddess want?
