A new Baby

We have a new baby in the family. My daughter adopted this fuzz ball today. Right now he is named Phoenix, but that may change. They are still deciding. I told her he looks like a "bear". I have a feeling no matter what his name is he is going to be one spoiled cat.

awwww! she's so cute! I have cats wander to my house for adoption all the time. Probably because we have an irresponsible "cat factory" down the street that refuses to spay or neuter it's strays. But, I've gotten three cats that way (and sadly lost 2 to disease). But, I can't say no to them. I have a new found cat we took when a reclusive woman died down the street and later her house went up in flames. Don't you just want to hug them to death?? Figuratively of course!

What a little fluffy cutie! I love the name too, even if it is only temporary... (You know, I read somewhere that all orange cats are male.)

He's adorable...I only wish they would stay small like that!! lol

New Year is a time for celebration of love, of life, of friendship. It's the time to thank God for wonderful friends, and to bring to their lives as much magic as they bring to ours...so here's celebrating our friendship and praying that its magic continues forever. Happy New Year to you and yours dear Patty! xoxo

What a sweetie pie! By the way, that is the name of one of my daughter's kitties (the other being Arabella). It has been almost exactly two years since my dear Dusty died. I wish I could have a kitty again but the dogs we have now prohibit it.
