More Moon Madness And Other Weekend Fun
More people have acted crazy this full moon than I have witnessed in a long time..
First last nights problems with the neighbor, which by the way the little jerk who painted the wall was out there looking at his master piece when I went to walk the dog earlier. I just looked through him as if he wasn't there, and took the dog up the stairs. I almost wish he had said something. I am in a kick ass mood, and he would not have been happy when I finished with him. He was back inside when I came back from letting the dog pee. Lucky kid. Anyway they are on my bad side.
The maintenance man never did come out, or if he did it was while we were gone today. That graffiti will probably be there long after we are gone. I guess that is the price you pay for living in a cheap neighborhood..That was proved once again when Rebecca and I did laundry tonight. While waiting for our clothes to dry, a drunk came in. He walked up to a young black boy and pushed him and started yelling at him about how he had stolen his bike. The kid had been sitting inside the entire night. Dean and Brandon (Rebecca's boyfriend), and Rebecca saw it, and spoke up. A few others who were there did too. The drunk was yelling that he was going to call the police. One of the ladies there stood up to him and told him to his face that he was stupid, that with all the booze he had on his breath that he would be the one in jail. Words were exchanged and the guys left. Of course I missed the whole thing, because I was on the other side of the room checking the dryers..
LIke I said, all the nuts come out on the full moon..Anyway the rest of the weekend was calm..
Dean and I had made plans a couple of days ago to attend a local dog show. It was being held at a local campground so we took off early to do that this morning. I had never been to one before, and came away a bit let down. It was nothing like I expected. There weren't many people (or dogs)out there. We just walked around a bit showing Cody the dogs.
One lady had puppies and she let him pet them, so that was fun for him.
Aren't these Boston Terriers the cutest thing you have ever seen!
I had debated between a Boston and a Pug, when Dean and I started talking dogs. I'm happy we have Lucy of course, but I did like these little pups.
After the show we headed out to Va. Beach to visit my mom. She had not been feeling well earlier in the week, and was in the hospital for a few days having test done. Thankfully they all turned out ok and she seemed fine today.
While we were there Cody wanted to play in the yard..I got some great photos of him.
Tomorrow is back to work as usual. I am stuck working tomorrow night which I hate, but it is nice once in awhile to have a morning off..Maybe I can get the laundry from tonight all put away..

I hope you dont miind if I link you....you have a good blog, that way I can read it more often!
I've never been to a dog show but i have been to a cat show. I loved the cat show. They were so beautiful!
Dog and cat shows are always fun, and it is great to look at all the different breeds, and try to decide which one you want next !!
Cody is a little cutie, I bet you have heaps of fun with him.
Take care, have a great week ... Meow
How sweet that Cody enjoyed the dogs. Pippi is coming to love animals and I think it's because DH and I love them. I would love to go to a dog show!
