Gee we burn wood I need to listen when we put in a fresh piece.
Anyhow if the wood been out in rain or snow it going to pop more because the top layer is damp and it drying out.
Coffee is on.
I knew it popped more DURING burning if it's wet but didn't know about the BEFORE part! Interesting! I'm now going to go check out your recipe blog:-) xoxo
