Mississippi Fudge Cake

1 1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. cocoa
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 jar marshmellow creme
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt 1 c. butter; stir in 1/3 c. cocoa, coconut, pecans, eggs, sugar and flour. Spread batter in 15 1/2 X 10 1/2 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º.

Spread with marshmellow cream while hot. Blend powdered sugar and cocoa. Add remaining butter, milk, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Ice cake and enjoy
