Miss Maggie May

Welcome my new kitten Maggie May
She is six weeks old and a doll. We are so excited to have her. I have missed having a cat in the house so much. Maggie came to me over the weekend from one of my customers at work. I was checking out a lady with a lot of cat things on Saturday so I happened to ask her if she had a new kitten. Yes she said and that she had got it from a friend. I asked her if she any more and she said yes a calico and a black and white. I couldn't believe my good luck. I had wanted a calico, so we made arrangements for her to bring her to me at the end of my shift.
Of course Maggie cried all night the first night missing her mommy and litter mates, but last night she did fine. She is friskey and full of herself. Into everything and woke me several times during the night wanting to play.
I plan on starting a blog for her soon so check back.

A calico! When I was a kid my babysitter, Mrs. Smith, had a calico named Queenie. Ever since then I have felt the *need* to have a calico in my life. And weirdly, with all the cats I've had, never has one been a calico.

I don't have a cat but I always said if I get one it would be calico. Maggie May is just darling. It was meant to be for sure!!

Take care,
Connie

Ooooh, she is sooooo cute. I wish you lots of fun, cuddly, playful days with her, and lots of snuggles and licks (my kitty is a real licker !!).
Looking forward to her blog.
Take care, Meow

Oh, she's soooo cute. Kittens are just so adorable. I wouldn't mind if they just stayed kittens.

I want one too, but I'll have to wait for a while. I look forward to read her diary and see more pics!

At my house they just stay kittens. I'm a kitten foster mom. Animal Control brings me babies, I keep them until they're 7-8 weeks. This is not all fun and games.

In all my years as a kitten foster mom, I've never had a calico. Maybe that's a good thing, since I have 2 rescue "old ladies" who don't like to share.

Maggie is precious. Long may she light your life!

Oh, she's adorable! My Claire is a calico too, but she was full grown when we got her. Maggie is a total little sweetheart! Congrats on your new family member!
